Is this therapy?
No — this is ADHD coaching, not therapy. Coaching is focused on practical change in the present: building routines, improving focus, reducing overwhelm, and creating systems that actually work for your brain. We’ll work together on clarity, habits, accountability, and momentum — with tools you can use straight away. If you’re looking for mental health treatment or trauma therapy, I can help point you in the right direction — but my role is about helping you move forward in everyday life.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens — especially with ADHD. If you give notice in advance, we can usually reschedule your session within the same week or move it to the next available slot. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s consistency and progress over time. We’ll keep things flexible while still maintaining momentum. (Full rescheduling policy can be shared when you book.)
How soon will I see changes?
Most people notice small shifts within the first 1–2 sessions. This might look like: • feeling clearer and less overwhelmed • finally starting things you’ve been stuck on • better routines around sleep, work, or focus • more confidence and follow-through Bigger, lasting change builds over the full coaching package as we turn insights into habits and systems that stick.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing complicated. After booking, you’ll receive a short, simple prep checklist to help you reflect on what’s currently feeling stuck or overwhelming. That’s it — no forms, no pressure, no long questionnaires. Just come as you are, and we’ll take it step by step.
