Does this sound like you?

Does this sound like you?

Does this sound like you?

Your diagnosis answered some questions... but not all.

You finally understand why life has often felt harder than it should.

But knowing why isn't the same as knowing what to do next.

You're feeling relief... and grief.

It's common to feel anger, regret or sadness for the years spent struggling without an explanation.

You don't have to stay stuck there.

You understand ADHD now... but you're still stuck.

You've listened to the podcasts. Watched the videos. Followed the advice.

But turning understanding into lasting change still feels difficult.

You're ready to stop looking backwards.

You can't change the years before your diagnosis.

But you can build a future that finally works with your ADHD.

Questions

Questions
you might have

Is this therapy?

No — this is ADHD coaching, not therapy. Coaching is focused on practical change in the present: building routines, improving focus, reducing overwhelm, and creating systems that actually work for your brain. We’ll work together on clarity, habits, accountability, and momentum — with tools you can use straight away. If you’re looking for mental health treatment or trauma therapy, I can help point you in the right direction — but my role is about helping you move forward in everyday life.

What if I struggle to stay consistent?

That’s exactly what we work on. You don’t need to “be better” before starting. We build systems that work with your ADHD — not against it — so things feel easier to follow through on.

Will this actually work for me?

If you’ve tried to “just try harder” and it hasn’t worked — you’re not the problem. Most people I work with are capable, self-aware, and stuck in patterns that don’t suit how their brain works. Coaching helps you break that cycle and build something more sustainable.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Many people feel a shift after the first session — even just having clarity helps. The real change comes from building momentum over a few weeks, rather than trying to fix everything at once.

What happens on the free call?

It’s a relaxed 30-minute conversation. We’ll look at what’s not working, what you’ve already tried, and what might help next. No pressure to continue — just clarity on your next step.

Do I need to be motivated before starting?

No. Most people start when they feel stuck, frustrated, or inconsistent. We build motivation through action and structure — not the other way around.
