ADHD Coach for Tradespeople — Andrew McLoughlin
No corporate productivity hacks. Just practical ADHD coaching that fits real working lives.
Knows your world
Coaching that understands long days, self-employment and constantly juggling work, admin and home life.
Practical strategies
No complicated productivity systems. Just things you'll actually use.
ADHD-specific coaching
Work with your brain instead of constantly fighting it.
Real accountability
Keep momentum between sessions when motivation disappears.
You can't switch off
Even when you get home, work comes home with you.
Jobs. Quotes. Messages. Tomorrow's work.
You know you're capable of more.
You're good at your trade.
But everything outside the actual work feels harder than it should.
Everything feels urgent
Quotes. Paperwork. Invoices. Calls. Ordering materials.
Everything feels important, so the most important things keep getting pushed back.
You're tired of getting in your own way.
Not because you're lazy.
Because you're fighting a brain that doesn't always cooperate.

1
Stop letting every customer, phone call and urgent job dictate your day.
Start creating enough breathing room to think again.
2
Together we'll simplify planning, paperwork, priorities and routines so your working week feels less overwhelming.
3
Instead of constantly reacting, you'll begin following through on the things that matter most—at work and at home.
4
Less stress.
More confidence.
More control over your business, your time and your life.

I spent over 25 years running my own business before being diagnosed with ADHD.
I know what it's like to juggle customers, paperwork and deadlines while feeling constantly behind.
Today I help self-employed people build calmer, more sustainable working lives.

Is this therapy?
No — this is ADHD coaching, not therapy. Coaching is focused on practical change in the present: building routines, improving focus, reducing overwhelm, and creating systems that actually work for your brain. We’ll work together on clarity, habits, accountability, and momentum — with tools you can use straight away. If you’re looking for mental health treatment or trauma therapy, I can help point you in the right direction — but my role is about helping you move forward in everyday life.
What if I struggle to stay consistent?
That’s exactly what we work on. You don’t need to “be better” before starting. We build systems that work with your ADHD — not against it — so things feel easier to follow through on.
Will this actually work for me?
If you’ve tried to “just try harder” and it hasn’t worked — you’re not the problem. Most people I work with are capable, self-aware, and stuck in patterns that don’t suit how their brain works. Coaching helps you break that cycle and build something more sustainable.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Many people feel a shift after the first session — even just having clarity helps. The real change comes from building momentum over a few weeks, rather than trying to fix everything at once.
What happens on the free call?
It’s a relaxed 30-minute conversation. We’ll look at what’s not working, what you’ve already tried, and what might help next. No pressure to continue — just clarity on your next step.
Do I need to be motivated before starting?
No. Most people start when they feel stuck, frustrated, or inconsistent. We build motivation through action and structure — not the other way around.
